Returns & Refunds Policy – Please Read

1. Sale Items

  • All sale items are final—no refunds, swaps, or credits.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns (Full-Price Items)

  • Full-price purchases may be returned within 10 calendar days for a store credit voucher, or a full refund depending on your preference.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.

  • Items showing wear or missing tags may be refused or sent back.

3. Afterpay Purchases

  • Purchases made using Afterpay are eligible only for store credit, not refunds.

  • Afterpay refunds follow merchant processes and may take up to 10 business days to reflect 

4. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

  • Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) are protected—covering repairs, replacements, or refunds for faulty or misdescribed goods 

  • Please notify us with a description and photos of any fault.

  • We'll arrange a remedy (repair, replace, or refund) promptly and within a "reasonable time" 

  • You’re entitled to return postage reimbursement for genuine faults

Allow up to 5 business days for processing; we’ll email you once approved or if further info is needed.

6. Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds (for faulty goods or CGA entitlements) are credited back to the original payment method (credit card, bank deposit, PayPal, or Afterpay).

  • Store credits are issued by email, valid while two daughters is in business and are non-refundable.

  • If you used a gift voucher, returns are credited as a new credit voucher.

7. Exchanges

  • Prefer a different item? Return your purchase for a credit voucher to place a new order.

8. Incorrect or Faulty Deliveries

  • If we’ve sent the wrong item or something arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to fix it.

9. Postage Costs

  • Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you return a full-price order for a refund, we retain the original $6 NZ shipping fee.

  • We refund return postage only when items are faulty, per CGA requirements 


Your Rights Under NZ Law

We respect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act—including guarantees of acceptable quality, fit-for-purpose, and accurate information 
Rest easy: nothing in our store policy limits your lawful entitlements.
